Before You Begin

• Ensure you have an active AdsEra account with a registered WhatsApp Business API.

• Active Slack workspace.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Access AdsEra Marketplace:

   • Within your AdsEra account, navigate to the "Marketplace" section where you can manage various integrations.

2. Locate Slack Integration:

   • Find the pre-built "Slack" integration within the AdsEra Marketplace. It might be categorized under communication or notification integrations.

3. Activate Slack Integration:

   • Follow the on-screen instructions to activate the Slack integration. This might involve authorizing the connection between your AdsEra account and your Slack workspace.

4. Configure Notifications:

   • Choose the specific events that will trigger notifications in your Slack channel. These might include:

     • Message Receive Notifications: Get alerted when a new message is received through your AdsEra account.

     • Template Approve Notifications: Receive a notification when a message template is approved within AdsEra.

     • Chat Assign Notifications: Trigger a notification when a chat conversation is assigned to a specific user or team within AdsEra.

     • Other Platform Notifications (if applicable): Your AdsEra platform might offer additional notification types related to AdsEra functionalities.

5. Select Notification Channel:

   • Designate the Slack channel where you want to receive these notifications. Ensure the AdsEra integration has permission to post messages in that channel.
