To activate your free trial, simply scan the QR code or click on the WhatsApp Web button. Then, send the pre-written message "#ACTFREE" to our number.
To activate your trial account, please use the same "number" provided in your company details. If you need to change it, simply click on the pencil edit icon. Remember to include the country code when adding your number.
Contacts : During the free trial, you can create one contact. This contact will be automatically generated when you send a trial message by scanning the QR code.
Chat inbox : During the free trial, you can test message sending using the same number used to create the trial account.
Notes : During the free trial, you can create notes to summarize chats in your own words. This not only helps you understand the conversation's importance but also aids other agents in grasping the context.
Attachment : During the trial, you can send various types of attachments in chat, including images, PDFs, videos, and other supported documents.
Template : During the trial, you won't be able to create new templates. However, you'll have access to pre-approved utility templates provided by us. You can test sending these templates in the chat to explore their functionality.
WhatsApp Channel : During the trial period, you won't be able to onboard your own WhatsApp account onto our platform. To do so, you'll need to upgrade your plan.
Broadcast : You can test WhatsApp broadcast functionality by sending pre-approved utility templates to your trial contact.
Snippet : You can create one snippet in each category and test their sending functionality by sending them.
Properties : During the free trial, you can create up to 5 unique properties. Test their functionality by adding values to them.
Users & Agents : In the free trial, you can create 2 unique users, including the admin. This will enable you to test chat assignment to agents effectively.
Labels : In the trial account, you can create a total of 15 labels, including the default labels provided by us.
